ETM is pleased to announce the June election of Afsar Farman-Farmaian to the Board of Directors.
Ms. Farman-Farmaian is the former Managing Director of the Capital Recovery Group, PineBridge Investments’ global distressed asset investment platform. Prior to working at PineBridge Investments, she was a corporate attorney at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York, where she represented global financial institutions and major private equity groups in, among other things, private M & A, joint ventures and fund formation transactions. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and graduated with an A.B. in Religion, with a Certificate in Near Eastern Studies, from Princeton University.
Ms. Farman-Farmaian also currently serves as a member of the Princeton Women in Finance Committee, a New York-based group whose mission is to provide a forum in which Princeton alumnae and alumni can learn and educate, discuss and question, network and connect, and lead and be mentored in order to better position themselves at the forefront of finance.
