Christopher Miley graduated with a B.M. in Music Education and Performance from Ithaca College in 2013. During his studies, he completed his student teaching at Dryden Elementary School with Adam Phillips-Burdge and at Syosset High School with Paul Caputo. Following his undergraduate studies, Chris taught private lessons on saxophone, piano, clarinet and flute, in addition to substitute teaching in the Levittown School District, before receiving his M.M. in Saxophone Performance from New York University in 2015. Before his position with ETM, Chris served as an adjunct professor of music theory at Nassau Community College, as well as an adjunct professor at New York University for saxophone.
