On December 3rd, over 100 ETM Associates and their guests joined sponsors Rugby Ralph Lauren and Domaine de Canton for an evening of holiday-themed cocktails, shopping, and live music at the Rugby store in Union Square, all to support ETM!
The event kicked off with a round of holiday carols sung by students from the St. James school in Manhattan accompanied by ETM teaching artists and staff. The students, performing outside of the store, soon drew a crowd – and even normally jaded New Yorkers caught the holiday spirit and joined in in the fun!
Inside the Rugby store, guests sipped wine and "ginger sparkle" cocktails and nibbled on hors d'oeuvres while browsing Rugby's unique selection of "downtown prep" styles. The event was a great success and helped to raise over $5,000 for the after-school band at PS 76, the ETM Associates "adopted school" for the 2009-10 school year!
