Jessica Vicente<\/strong><\/span> is a Brazilian horn player with a distinguished career in orchestral performance and music education. She began her musical studies at the age of 12 at the Baccarelli Institute. From an early age, she performed alongside renowned classical and popular artists, including Joshua Bell, Eric Schumann, Isaac Karabtchevsky, and Zubin Mehta.<\/p>

In 2010, she joined the European tour of the Heli\u00f3polis Symphony Orchestra, performing in cities such as Bonn, Dresden, Munich, Berlin, Amsterdam, and London. From 2014 to 2016, she was a member of the OSESP Music Academy, where she refined her orchestral skills and artistic development.<\/p>

As a guest musician, Jessica has collaborated with many of Brazil\u2019s most prestigious orchestras, including the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra, S\u00e3o Paulo Municipal Symphony Orchestra, OSUSP, Bacchiana Philharmonic Orchestra, Ribeir\u00e3o Preto Symphony Orchestra, S\u00e3o Paulo State Youth Orchestra, Bahia Symphony Orchestra, and Paran\u00e1 Symphony Orchestra. Internationally, she has also appeared with ensembles such as the Pasadena POPS Symphony.<\/p>

Throughout her career, Jessica has received several scholarships to participate in renowned music festivals, including the Campos do Jord\u00e3o Winter Festival and the Orchestra of the Americas (YOA) tours in 2017 and 2018. In 2017, she was a semifinalist in the Marcus Bonna Competition for Brazilian Horn Players. She has also been an active chamber musician, performing with the Olymp\u00e9a Quintet, the Brazilian Women\u2019s Octet, and the Low Brass Project Duo.<\/p>

In addition to her artistic career, Jessica is deeply committed to music education. She has taught and delivered masterclasses at leading brass festivals and music events such as the Sopra Metais Brazilian Brass Festival, FIMUCA, CIVEBRA 2023, and the Penedo Music Festival. She holds a degree in Music Education from Cantareira Music College, an Artist Certificate Diploma from Azusa Pacific University (USA), and a master\u2019s degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. She is currently completing her second master\u2019s degree at Azusa Pacific University, where she also serves as a teaching artist with the YOLA and HOLA programs in Los Angeles.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
