Adam Arango serves as the Director of Development for Education Through Music. He has worked to build and grow the capabilities and capacities of arts and education organizations for over a decade. His passion for music education began with a love of performance from a young age, which led to a brief career as a professional trombonist and brass teacher. Adam began fundraising work with the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra, and has worked with leading organizations around the country since; including the Aspen Music Festival, Manhattan School of Music, Lincoln Center, and the All Stars Project.
