Kadja served in the U.S. Army for over 6 years with a Military Occupational Specialty as a Human Resources Specialist where he has held the titles of Public Affairs Officer, Human Resources Officer, and Executive Administrative Supervisor. Kadja has been involved with the LGBTQ Rights movement since 2013 and has been a part of several community events and panels worldwide to shed light on the experiences of LGBTQ people of color.
Kadja is a Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) New Jersey Member-at-Large, and a New Leaders Council Fellow. Kadja was also elected to served as the 3rd Vice President of the Trenton Branch NAACP where he also Chaired the Armed Services & Veteran Affairs Committee and was the founding Chair of the LGBTQ Committee.
Kadja’s passion is to help improve the lives and circumstances of marginalized communities all around the world.
