Khristine Raymond

Khristine Raymond is a recent graduate of Temple University where she earned a B.M. in Music Education. She spent all four years at Temple working as intern for the Philadelphia String Project where she taught students of all ages from all backgrounds the basics of classical string instruments. Khristine has been playing the cello since she was 12 years old and has been granted the opportunity to perform in many extraordinary venues including the Kimmel Center, the Lincoln Center and the White House. Khristine is an active member of the American String Teacher Association as well as the National Association for Music Educators. She has had the fortune of presenting ideas and findings on string pedagogy at the American String Teacher Association National Conference in both 2012 and 2013. She is currently a general music teacher at P.S. 89x and is loving her time expanding the minds of her students!
