ETM-LA’s Annual Music Festival brings students together with the unifying power of music.

What is MUWF?

 

The Music Unites the World Festival is an annual jamboree that brings hundreds of music students, educators, and parents from across Los Angeles together for two days of multicultural music-making and community-building.

This family-friendly event features live ETM-LA student performances, interactive music activities, and special guest artists and performers!

Day 1

➣ Instrumental Ensembles across Partner Schools with renowned instrumental coaches

➣ Final concert including performances by
Modern Band, String Orchestra, and Band programs

➣ Keynote speech from celebrity coach

➣ Readings from Student Essay Contest Winners

Day 2

➣ Choir and Orff Ensemble Workshops

➣ Final concert featuring multicultural songs and MUWF Songwriting Contest winning piece

The purpose of this contest is to produce an inspiring, high-quality, original song that speaks to the theme of music’s ability to unite the world. The winning piece will be premiered by choir students at MUWF.
