Julia O’Sullivan
Julia O’Sullivan is a native of Pearl River, NY in Rockland County. She received a Bachelor of Music degree from Purchase College, where she majored in Voice & Opera Performance. Currently, she is continuing her graduate studies at Hunter College, pursuing her Master of Arts degree in Music Education.
Julia has an extensive history of professional performance opportunities. She has served the role of a cantor and choral section leader at numerous locations: St. Margaret’s Church (Pearl River, NY), Noroton Presbyterian Church (Noroton, CT), St. Barnabus Church (Yonkers), St. Aedan’s Church (Pearl River, NY), and many more. In 2016, she traveled to Rome, Italy, with the St. Barnabus Women’s Choir to sing at St. Peter’s Basilica. Additionally, she has participated in numerous voice recitals, operas and musical theater productions in the NYC area.
Other hobbies Julia enjoys outside of music include baking, Zumba, nature walks, sports, and creative writing.
