Bharat Nagaswami is an Associate in the real estate group at TPG Capital based in New York. At TPG, Bharat is involved in all aspects of the deal process for all asset classes, including underwriting, due diligence, and interfacing with asset managers.
Prior to joining TPG in 2017, Bharat worked at Lazard in the real estate investment banking group with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Bharat also previously worked for Linneman Associates and is the Assistant Editor of Dr. Peter Linneman’s textbook, Real Estate Finance, and Investments v3.1.
Bharat graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.E. in Systems Science and Engineering.
