He earned his undergraduate degree in Music Education from Marywood University in Scranton, PA, and completed his graduate studies at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, focusing on Music Technology.

Mr. Pauliks has completed the Professional Musical Theatre Training Program at CAP21 in NYC. He is certified to teach both music and technology K-12 in Pennsylvania, and Music K-12 in New York State. He is also a certified TI:ME Instructor (Technology Institute for Music Educators). Mr. Pauliks has served on the Executive Board for the Wayne County Arts Alliance, and continues to develop his skills as a performer and educator through professional studies, local performing groups, and workshops.

Mr. Pauliks took over the position of Director of Programs from Stephen Herx and has already proven himself a valuable addition to the program staff, joining Assistant Program Director Nicholas LaFleur and Field Supervisors Chris Marolf and Leah Potteiger.  ETM is thrilled to have Mr. Pauliks on staff.
