On January 23, ETM Executive Director Katherine Damkohler and Director of Programs Peter Pauliks spoke to a class of students in the Master's program at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music via videoconference. The Dean of the Conservatory invited Ms. Damkohler and Mr. Pauliks to introduce these graduate students to ETM's model of quality music education. The lecture also emphasized the impact music education can have on a school when a music teacher is not only a fantastic musician and educator, but also an advocate within the school community. ETM thanks the Conservatory for the invitation to share the ETM model and influence the next generation of music educators.
