Celebrating the Power of Music Education
with Wicked: For Good

Education Through Music is honored to be selected by NBCUniversal's Creative Impact Lab to partner on the promotion and release of Universal Pictures' Wicked: For Good on November 21.

Joining Forces to Inspire Through Music

ETM is thrilled to announce that it was selected to partner with NBCUniversal’s Creative Impact Lab on a new Public Service Announcement (PSA) that promotes Universal Pictures’ Wicked: For Good and celebrates the life-changing impact of music education.

Created through NBCUniversal’s Creative Impact Lab and produced by PhillyCAM, the PSA is airing across Comcast NBCUniversal networks and digital platforms ahead of the film’s November 21 theatrical release.

A Story of Friendship, Empowerment, and Transformation

Inspired by the enduring relationship of Wicked’s Glinda and Elphaba, the PSA captures how music empowers every student to discover their voice and rise to their full potential.

Just as Wicked: For Good celebrates connection, self-expression, and transformation, ETM’s programs show that access to quality music education changes students’ lives for the better, inspiring them to learn, lead, and thrive—in school and beyond.

About Wicked: For Good
Last year’s global cinematic cultural sensation, which became the most successful Broadway film adaptation of all time, now reaches its epic, electrifying, emotional conclusion. Directed by Jon M. Chu, the final chapter of the untold story of the witches of Oz begins with Elphaba (Oscar® nominee Cynthia Erivo) and Glinda (Oscar® nominee Ariana Grande) estranged and living with the consequences of their choices. When a girl from Kansas comes crashing into their lives, they will need to come together one final time and truly see each other if they are to change themselves and all of Oz for good.
