Karren Huang

Karren is from Taiwan. She earned her master’s degree in Piano Performance from Mannes School of Music. She also recently completed her master’s degree in Music and Music Education at Teachers College, Columbia University.

What interests her most about music education is the opportunity to make music accessible and meaningful for every student. She is also curious about the differences between music education in Asia and the U.S. Karren hopes to continue learning and gaining new experiences, and maybe one day bring what she’s learned back to Taiwan!
