Scott Lescher

Scott Lescher is the Chief Operating Officer at Thrive Market, a mission-driven, membership-based online retailer that makes healthy and sustainable living easy and affordable for everyone.

Scott joined Thrive Market with over 15 years of Amazon experience, most recently leading Surface Transportation Support and Fleet, overseeing real time support, safety, maintenance, and fleet including the fleet electrification strategy. He previously led North American operations for Prime Now and Amazon Fresh, scaling both businesses through rapid growth and enabling Fresh to handle peak pandemic demand. 

After joining Amazon in 2007, Scott rose through a series of increasingly senior roles across the fulfillment network. In 2013, he left to lead U.S. logistics and supply chain at Uniqlo, helping the brand expand its retail footprint and quadruple online sales. He returned to Amazon in 2015 to lead North American operations for Prime Now, later adding Amazon Fresh to his portfolio.

Scott holds an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan and a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University, where he also minored in musical performance. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife Chavie and their two daughters where they love trying new restaurants, listening to live music, and traveling.  While Scott wishes he had more time to play today, he gained an appreciation of music from a young age playing drums in a host of different musical settings.
